This ministry is ordained to give individuals in our community a workable option in gaining the ability to reconcile relationships with their families. Unity In The Family Ministry's mission is to present the Good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ as the source of Love, Hope and transformation from life's controlling problems.
“Unity In The Family Ministry” was founded by the leading of the Holy Spirit, and has been given the task of assisting and providing members of our community a workable option in gaining reconciliation with their families. This reconciliation will occur by empowering our members with the ability to gain control over their life controlling problems by a renewing of their minds and transforming their lives through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

The award recipient shares in Calvin Avant’s commitment to serving youth in the community by encouraging them to choose positive paths and working to ensure that after-school programs and athletic opportunities are available to at-risk youth.
